Spills Menu changes seasonally. We offer sustainable and local ingredients when possible, providing a small plates inspired theme. The increasingly casual approach to dining along with the increasing level of culinary creativity leads to a desire to share many different dishes, encouraging guests to order several small plates in a convivial atmosphere.
