Spill the Wine will host your next company party, celebration, or wine tasting in our private dining space located on the first floor in the lounge or our dining room. We can bring the party to you if you prefer with our featured catering menu and extensive wine list.

terms
room rental fees apply to private parties. fee may be waived at the discretion of Spill the Wine for parties in lounge/restaurant that are willing to share the space to the public.
in addition to room rental fees, there is a $1,000 food and beverage minimum for any private party. there is a $5,000 food and beverage minimum for parties closing down both the restaurant and lounge. this does not include applicable taxes and gratuities.
all parties will be charged a flat 20% service charge to cover set-up, take-down and staff during the event. taxes range from 10.78% - 13.28%.
soft holds may be placed for up to one week; a credit card with a contract is required to create a permanent hold on event space. $500 of the party is retained as a deposit; this becomes non-refundable upon signing the contract.
