guest’s choice of 3 items: seared salmon with red onion marmalade, pork tenderloin and fig jam, beef short ribs with truffle jus or braised leek and wild mushroom quiche with baby arugula

choice of: house, roasted beet or caesar salad

course two:
guest’s choice of 3 items: ahi tuna with charmoulah, slow roasted duck breast with pomegranate chipotle glaze, grilled beef medallions and porcini butter or braised leek & wild mushroom quiche with baby arugula

course three:
choice of featured seasonal desserts
